У статті розглядається важливість розробки маркетингової стратегії для високотехнологічних стартапів на етапі масштабування та зростання, які планують розширювати свою діяльність як на внутрішньому, так і на міжнародних ринках. Ціль статті полягає в досліджені видів стратегій міжнародного маркетингу та узагальненні існуючих підходів до обґрунтуванні їх вибору для високотехнологічних стартапів під час виходу на зарубіжні ринки збуту. Розглядається сутність стратегії міжнародного маркетингу та її види для високотехнологічних стартапів, а також проаналізовано основні підходи до її розробки, що пропонуються різними авторами. Обґрунтування та розробка стратегії міжнародного маркетингу для високотехнологічних стартапів мають свої особливості, оскільки такі компанії часто працюють у висококонкурентному та висоризикованому середовищі. Запропонований в роботі підхід до розробки стратегії міжнародного маркетингу високотехнологічного стартапу дозволяє вирішувати складні проблеми, що пов’язані з виходом на зарубіжні ринки збуту завдяки своїй гнучкості та можливості адаптуватися до змінних умов міжнародного бізнесу, що особливо важливо для високотехнологічних стартапів у швидкозмінному та конкурентному середовищі.

DOI:10.1088/1755-1315/1254/1/012042. Ukraine strives to be a full member of the EU and competitive in its market space, including energy markets. However, the UA electric power sector lags behind the EU common one. To prove this input-output model of electricity flows was constructed, Sankey diagrams were built, and qualitative indicators were determined. Based on the Eurostat dataset we found contradictions in Ukrainian electric power sector development against the European common one from 1991 to 2020. Mainstream trends in EU electric power sector development are decarbonization, development of highly efficient cogeneration, increasing energy efficiency at all stages, decentralization, increasing energy dependency, and all-round electricity penetration. At the same time, key tendencies in the UA electric power sector development were: gas-coal switching, reducing quality and quantity of cogeneration, stable too-low energy efficiency, centralization, isolation and self-sufficiency, and deindustrialization. Comprehending these contradictions determines the way for achieving sustainability in the UA electric power sector after the war.

The electric power sector plays a central role in changing the EU’s energy landscape and establishing Europe as the first climate-neutral continent in the world. This paper investigates fundamental shifts in the EU’s electric power sector by carrying out its logarithmic mean Divisia index decomposition by stages of electricity flows on a large-scale basis (for both the entire EU and its 25 member states) for the period 1995–2021 and identifies the individual contribution of each EU member state to these shifts. In this study, four decomposition models were proposed and 14 impact factors (extensive, structural, and intensive) affecting the development of the EU electric power sector were evaluated in absolute and relative terms. It was found that the wind–gas transition, which took place in the EU’s electric power sector, was accompanied by an increase in the transformation efficiency of inputs in electricity generation and a drop in the intensity of final energy consumption. The non-industrial reorientation of the EU’s economy also resulted in a decrease in the final electricity consumption. At the same time, this transition led to negative shifts in the structure and utilization of its generation capacities. The fundamental shifts occurred mainly at the expense of large economies (Germany, France, Spain, and Italy), but smaller economies (Romania, Poland, Croatia, the Netherlands, and others) made significant efforts to accelerate them, although their contributions on a pan-European scale were less tangible.

У межах представленого дослідження: проаналізовано сутність поняття «стартап» і роль стартапів в економіці України та країн світу; досліджено генезу наукових досліджень у сфері стартапів; розглянуто світовий досвід оцінки розвитку стартапів і інфраструктури їх підтримки; розроблено модель впливу факторів на розвиток стартапів і економік країн; узагальнено теоретичні аспекти життєвого циклу організації; розвинуто теоретичні засади управління життєвим циклом стартапів на основі ідентифікації стадій їх розвитку; проаналізовано особливості формування екосистеми стартапів у країнах світу; досліджено український досвід створення екосистеми стартапів і запропоновано напрямки удосконалення його інституційного забезпечення. У статті досліджено успішні практики й кейси фінансового забезпечення відбудови критичної інфраструктури у країнах світу, які у свій час постраждали від збройних конфліктів, активних бойових дій і природних катаклізмів. Вивчення закордонного досвіду свідчить про необхідність залучення міжнародного фінансування переважно у формі грантів, фокусування на завданнях дієвого розвитку критичної інфраструктури із застосуванням механізму публічно-приватного партнерства. При цьому кожна країна має свої специфічні особливості. Встановлено, що до основних фінансових інструментів, які застосовувалися у країнах світу задля відновлення й модернізації критично важливих об’єктів інфраструктури, віднесено такі: безповоротна фінансова допомога США, кредити, прямі іноземні інвестиції, кошти державного бюджету, кошти фізичних та юридичних осіб, грантові кошти, донорська допомога міжнародних фінансових організацій, фінансова допомога неурядових організацій, пільгові позики, репарація. На підставі узагальнення передового міжнародного досвіду визначено перспективи його запровадження у сучасних умовах розвитку економіки України. Запропоновано розробити Національну стратегію повоєнної відбудови критичної інфраструктури в Україні та План її реалізації, у якому визначити відповідні фінансові інструменти та інститути.

The purpose of the study is to determine the structure of the backwardness trap in Ukraine and ways to overcome it. The structure of causality between the formation of the backwardness trap in Ukraine and pathological processes in the economy is developed, and the hierarchical structure of the backwardness trap is proposed. Based on the analysis of processes during the COVID-19 crisis, possible ways to overcome the trap of backwardness during the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine are identified.

Despite the fact that Russia’s war in Ukraine has significantly affected world economic growth (in 2023, it will be only 0.3 %), EU countries and the world are increasing financial, humanitarian and military support for Ukraine. The entire range of risks is shaping the new landscape of the new decade and changing the vector of global economic security. At the same time, it is forming a new dynamic Euro-Atlantic security system. The study confirms the hypothesis about the formation of a new effective system of global economic security with the inclusion of like-minded countries that have the potential for an “economic breakthrough” and the ability to influence global economic security against a background of the Russian war. A unique system of functional components (including 8 countries, 50 indicators for 7 security components) of an economic breakthrough in the system of global economic security of the united Euro-Atlantic countries has been formed, paying special attention to the energy and environmental components. The result of the study was the clustering of the countries with similar characteristics and indicators, the similar ability to make an “economic breakthrough” and influence the architecture of global economic security.

However, the lack of a vision of the country’s energy model, coordinated with trends and priorities of its economic development, is creating a number of problems with its energy supply. The aim of the presented study is to assess the consistency of trends in the economic and energy development of Ukraine. To achieve the goal, a methodological approach to assessing the consistency of trends and structural changes in the economy and energy sector was developed. It was proposed to carry out the assessment based on the analysis of the resource / commodity and production / consumption chains of the electric power industry, and the conditions of the electric power market. It was proved that the trends and structural changes in the economy of Ukraine were not accompanied by corresponding changes in the energy sector of the country. Such inconsistency conditioned: a low level of utilization of installed power generation capacities and, consequently, a high level of unused power generation reserves; a high level of power generation reserves that determined a significant level of non-productive costs and, consequently, a high total cost of power production.

Монографія буде корисною для наукових працівників, викладачів та аспірантів економічних і технічних спеціальностей закладів вищої освіти, а також фахівців з питань формування стратегічних напрямів розвитку галузей національної економіки та виробництва моторного палива.
